Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects Director

Job description

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is an exciting new role leading the development and execution of a broad-based, company-wide strategic corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability practices, such as integration of CSR and sustainability, building a a strong business practice and offering our clients CSR and sustainability consulting and support. This person will ensure that CSR and sustainability efforts enhances business performance and supports the long-term interests of the company and of our clients, and strengthens the communities.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the teams working on an interactive CSR platform (web-based interactive platform focused on corporate activities in the area of CSR and CSR related disclosures)

Developing and implementing the plan of Company`s self-promotion in Germany and EU

Creating and developing Company`s consulting services in CSR

Representing the Company and promoting the interactive CSR platform on the public events

Representing the Company in the professional associations and key CSR institutions in Germany and EU

Interacting with the clients and partners

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR platform within key aspects of the company's business

Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience in the area of CSR within the EU

Knowledge of the most common standards of the information disclosure in CSR

Well-developed relations in the area of CSR

Native/fluent German and English

Skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads and department leaders

Strong written/verbal communication, time management and quantitative/analytical skills

Experience with external, executive and internal communications as well as project/event management

Strong organizational and project management skills
